2.4 wln7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
2.5 Your Account credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. wln7 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
3.1 wln7 operates under an international gaming license that mandates strict KYC and AML compliance. All Players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and, in certain circumstances, before deposit limits can be raised.

4.6 wln7 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the legitimacy of funds before processing any withdrawal. Chargebacks initiated against wln7 by a Player's payment provider will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action to recover disputed amounts plus any associated processing costs.
5.1 wln7 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply to all wln7 bonuses:

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG titles represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

6.5 In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, wln7 reserves the right to declare all bets on the affected round void and return stakes to Players. wln7 is not obligated to honour payouts resulting from manifest errors in odds, game logic, or displayed information.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on wln7 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

8.1 wln7 may suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
8.2 Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance review.
8.3 Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, wln7 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Bonus Funds and associated winnings accrued through prohibited activity will be forfeited in full.

11.1 wln7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By creating an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

14.3 If a Player is dissatisfied with wln7's final response, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by wln7's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR body are available upon request from the compliance team.
14.4 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wln7 holds its international gaming license. Both parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the final determination of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process described in this section.
